1. Service Scope

Nosey by Nature is a Texas-based source-location and information-organization service. Work is limited to locating, collecting, documenting, and organizing material that is publicly accessible without bypassing access controls, privacy settings, or other restrictions.

Deliverables may include source links, copies of publicly accessible documents, source names, publication or access dates, and an index organized by topic, date, or source type.

2. Customer Review and Decision-Making

Nosey by Nature supplies source material for the customer’s own review. It does not analyze or authenticate the material, confirm identities or claims, assess a person or business, provide recommendations, draw conclusions, or answer the customer’s underlying question.

The customer is solely responsible for interpreting the sources and for any decision or action based on them.

3. Requests That Are Not Accepted

Nosey by Nature does not offer private investigative services, surveillance, identity or location tracing, screening, consumer reports, monitoring, restricted-database access, account access, impersonation, pretexting, or any service requiring deception or circumvention of privacy controls.

Requests involving harassment, stalking, discrimination, intimidation, unlawful conduct, or invasion of privacy will be refused.

4. Source Limitations

Public sources may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, altered, or removed. A source’s inclusion in a delivery does not mean that Nosey by Nature endorses or confirms its contents. No promise is made that every requested source can be located.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide an accurate description of the requested public materials, use delivered sources lawfully, respect third-party rights, and avoid presenting the source collection as a consumer report or professional determination.

6. Quotes, Payment, and Changes

Each accepted project will have a written scope, price, delivery format, and estimated completion time. Work outside the agreed source-collection scope requires a new written agreement. Any payment and cancellation terms supplied with a project quote become part of these terms.

7. No Professional Advice

Nosey by Nature does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other professional advice. Customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires such advice.
